For coastal weddings in Cornwall, I’ll recommend styles that work best for your location and the conditions. If you’re planning an outdoor wedding and the weather is looking particularly wet or windy, an updo may be the best option to help your hair stay secure and beautiful throughout the day.

I’ll also provide advice during your trial to ensure your hairstyle and makeup look are suited to your hair type, skin and wedding location.

Yes, I offer mobile wedding hair and makeup across Cornwall, travelling to venues, hotels and private locations throughout the county. Whether you’re getting married in coastal venues around St Ives and Newquay or a countryside barn setting, I can bring your bridal beauty experience directly to you.

Travel is charged at 0.80p a mile based on distance and £20 a hour based on travel time, and confirmed in advance. Any Parking charges, tolls or ferries will be added on to the final balance. Extended Travel Fees for outside of Cornwall (please enquire with your location).

Accommodation charges for wedding locations that exceed 1hr and 45mins, where needed for early start times.

Please ensure suitable parking is available for arrival and setup.

Your arrival time will be discussed and confirmed during your wedding planning process. I’ll create a schedule based on your ceremony time, bridal party size and the services required to ensure everyone is ready comfortably before the day begins.

Your bridal preview can be booked at any time, although closer to your wedding date is usually best.

It’s usually recommended 5-6 months before your wedding day. This gives us time to perfect your chosen look and make any adjustments so you feel confident and relaxed knowing exactly how you’ll look on your wedding day.

Wedding previews can also be booked up to a year in advance.

For local weddings, a bridal preview may also be possible depending on availability.

Please note that Saturday trials during peak wedding season may not be available.

The time required depends on the number of people needing hair and makeup services and the style you choose.

Approximately 30 minutes per service, although some styles or applications less , some more, for brides 45 minutes per service.

Your personalised timeline will be created around your wedding schedule to ensure there is plenty of time for everyone to feel relaxed and ready.

This depends on your chosen hairstyle and will be discussed before your appointment.

Generally, your hair should be clean and dry before your appointment, usually washed the night before often works well for creating texture and helping styles hold.

If your hair becomes oily quickly, washing it on the morning of your appointment may work better, but I’ll provide personalised advice based on your hair type and desired look.

Your hair needs to be completely dry before styling so your chosen look can be created properly.

A blow dry and hair styling are two different services.

A blow dry focuses on drying and smoothing the hair, whereas styling involves creating a finished look such as curls, waves or a more detailed hairstyle.

If you would like a blow dry for your wedding, this will need to be booked as an additional service.
